Hi my name is Leslie. The RAC in Pittsford has helped me through one of my biggest struggles. Before I joined in 2015, I was at the highest weight I have ever been. When I first joined I decided to just try working out on my own. That didn’t work so well. One of the trainer’s suggested I talk to Rickie. That was in August of 2015. Together we decided it was time to change my diet (I don’t eat many carbs and I cut everything but water out) and we switched up my workouts. I now drink 100 ounces of water a day. The hardest thing for me is food, I love to eat! I still eat what I want but in moderation, I follow the rule of eat well Monday thru Friday then eat whatever on the weekends. Between August of 2015 and September of 2016 I lost 50 pounds! I still check in with Rickie almost daily he reminds me to stay on track and I never want to weigh 216 pounds again. I just wanted to say thank you to Rickie and the Pittsford RAC for helping me achieve my goals.
