Chris R. has been with the RAC for Women since 2013. She has an Indoor Cycling certification through NETA, an ISCA certification for Mat Pilates and a Barre Above® certification for Barre. Chris is also in house trained for Body Chisel and Cardio Fusion. She currently teaches Cycling and Barre Above at the Greece and Pittsford RAC locations. Her classes will challenge the mind and body to work together to reach new goals!

Joelle is a Group Exercise instructor. She is certified to teach Turbo Kick™ and is in house trained in Body Chisel and R.I.P.T.. Joelle currently teaches Body Chisel at both the Greece and Pittsford RAC locations. Joelle has 20 years of experience as a dance instructor and is the owner of TNT Dance Studio. Joelle incorporates her knowledge of dance, strength, endurance and kick boxing into her classes. She loves motivating others to challenge their strength and fitness!

Hi I’m Nancy and I am a personal trainer at the RAC for Women. I am a NETA certified group fitness trainer, personal trainer, kettlebell and yoga certified. I am also STOTT Pilates certified, Mat and Reformer along with being a Schwinn Cycling certified instructor. I am a 12 year Triathlete with over 20 years of experience in health and fitness. My main goal is to educate and motivate clients while helping them work to their full potential!
