This 60 minute class is a big boost for our Cycle members who are looking for a great calorie burn and an opportunity to build total body strength as well! This non-impact class offers 25 minutes of cardiovascular interval training on the Keiser stationary bikes and 25 minutes of controlled strength training movements for upper and lower muscle groups.
