An awesome calorie-burning, interval training session in a small group setting so you can get the attention you need to perform the exercises properly and successfully. This class is 60 minutes of high intensity exercises, guided by a nationally certified personal trainer who can provide options for any fitness level. Stretching is included at the end of this workout!
