Class Description:

Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

About Holly H.:

Holly H. has been an instructor since 2012. She holds licenses in Zumba®, Zumba® Toning, Zumba® Strong, Zumba® Kids and Kids Junior. Holly is also in house trained to teach Body Chisel and R.I.P.T. She has been a member of the RAC since 2011 loves that the RAC feels like one big, extended family. In addition to teaching many classes on the Greece and Pittsford schedules, Holly enjoys attending other Zumba® classes and taking Turbo Kick!.
