About Kasia D.:
Kasia completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training program at Downward Dog Yoga Studio in Toronto last year. Since then she has been teaching at RAC for Women. To accommodate the various needs of her students, Kasia is expanding her knowledge by participating in the various workshops (including, but not limited to: Yoga for Arthritis, Movement Rx for Yoga Teachers, Movement seminars etc.) as well as deepening her own practice. Her classes and Power 30 sessions blend yoga with mindful movement and strength techniques.
