My name is Cathy S and I primarily teach at the Pittsford location. I teach Zumba® and what I love about being an instructor is having the opportunity to share with others my love for Zumba® and fitness. I want to make exercise fun, and help others become fit, and feel they’re among friends. I hope what makes my classes special is the great energy I try to bring to each class and the fun we have!
