A Mind/Body class for people who like to sweat! Using fusion style movements, it incorporates dynamic balance, strength, and functional training, emphasizing the athleticism of Pilates and Yoga.

Angelina has been teaching at the RAC for Women since 2011. She is currently certified in PiYo, Turbo Kick, and AFAA Personal Training. She enjoys teaching PiYo Live, Turbo Kick and Pilates!
