This is a fast paced class that offers traditional Ballet Barre movement and technique as well as cardio elements designed to keep your heart pumping and your body burning calories! About Chris R.:
Chris R. has been with the RAC for Women since 2013. She has an Indoor Cycling certification through NETA, an ISCA certification for Mat Pilates and a Barre Above® certification for Barre. Chris is also in house trained for Body Chisel and Cardio Fusion. She currently teaches Cycling and Barre Above at the Greece and Pittsford RAC locations. Her classes will challenge the mind and body to work together to reach new goals!
