Susan has been teaching for 25 years. She has certifications from AFAA Group Exercise, Pilates and Personal Training, Yogafit Levels 1, 2, 3. She teaches Chizel, Step, L.I.F.T. (Low Impact Functional Training), Pilates and Yoga.
