Class Description:

This dynamic, low-impact, "core-centric" cardio workout utilizes your entire body!  You will sweat, squat, lunge, twist, balance and MORE!!  Let our instructors increase your endurance and mobility in just 45 minutes!

About Nancy K.:

Hi I’m Nancy and I am a personal trainer at the RAC for Women. I am a NETA certified group fitness trainer, personal trainer, kettlebell and yoga certified. I am also STOTT Pilates certified, Mat and Reformer along with being a Schwinn Cycling certified instructor. I am a 12 year Triathlete with over 20 years of experience in health and fitness. My main goal is to educate and motivate clients while helping them work to their full potential!
