Class Description:

This dynamic cycle will have you dripping in sweat!  Spend the first half of class focused on Cardiovascular Interval Training, which has been proven to increase metabolism and build lean muscle, while your second half of class will be climbing drills meant to push your endurance to the max!  This class also combines the use of light dumbbells for high rep exercises to support muscle endurance.
