Class Description:

HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training, is a great way to increase metabolism, blast fat and condition your body!  This cycling class will have you pushing your limits up until every single recovery period!  The integration of digital media to the experience will help keep you focused and invested in this amazing workout!  A must try!

Amy is a NETA certified Indoor Cycling instructor and has been teaching at the RAC for 5 years. She teaches both traditional cycling formats and HIIT cycling. She is also an outdoor cyclist who enjoys working with riders who are training for outdoor races.
