This class combines interval training, cardio, core and strength movements! This 30 minute class is formatted into 3 sections of interval training. Each section will include 4 minutes of cardio, 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of more cardio, and 1 minute of core work for a quick and super effective, total body workout that is sure to be one of your favorite classes! Modifications will be shown.

About Val S.:
Val S. has been an instructor since 2012 and holds certifications in Pilates &Yoga and licenses in Zumba® and Zumba® Toning. She teaches Zumba®, Zumba® Toning, Cardio Fusion and our newest format, 4, 3, 2, 1! A member since the Greece RAC opened in 2000, Val considers the RAC her second home! After a thirty year teaching career with Greece Central SD and thirty year coaching career at Greece Olympia HS, Val feels blessed to have embarked on a second career path in her life, as an instructor.
