Trish H primarily teaches Cycling at the RAC for Women Pittsford location. She loves how the women have such amazing energy! She enjoys the Kaiser bikes and how we can use the monitor to challenge ourselves. Trish is constantly researching new drills and new playlists and is always up for requests!
