About Stephanie C.:
Steph primarily teaches at the RAC for Women Pittsford location. She teaches RIPT and Bootcamp. She loves being able to share her passion for fitness with a group full of strong, inspiring women who will take on any challenge that she brings to class! She says “I love challenging people to get their bodies to perform in ways that they did not think they could–If you don’t try, you’ll never know what your body is capable of!” What makes her classes special/unique is that while RIPT and Bootcamp are by no means a low impact workout, she encourages people of ALL fitness levels to try these classes with her. She provides modifications so that everyone can be comfortable and when things get really intense, all she asks is that you just keep moving your feet! Steph says “Each class I teach incorporates a mixture of strength and cardio exercises, so if you like variety, new challenges, and tons of fun, join me in class!”
