Class Description:

This unique class will incorporate 35 minutes of cardio on our cycling bikes and 25 minutes of mindful movement off the bike.  Enjoy this complete body work-out: heart, mind and body.  Please bring a mat, water bottle and towel to class.

8:00am until 9:00am
