Class Description:

A fun non-stop strength class designed to build muscular strength and endurance, burn fat and sculpt the body using a variety of equipment including body bars, bands, weights, glides and stability balls.

Class Time:

8:15am until 9:15am

About Rachel H:

Rachel has been a member of our RAC- Greece location since 2005. In 2013, after having her first baby she started regularly attending Val’s Zumba® classes and fell in love with it! In 2016 she became a licensed Zumba® instructor, and has since trained to teach cardio fusion, body chisel and 4,3,2,1. She has 3 kids, ages 5, 4, and 18 months. Rachel is still on her weight loss journey, and is currently down 75 pounds! In her spare time she likes to spend time with family, bake, and be crafty!
