A fun non-stop strength class designed to build muscular strength and endurance, burn fat and sculpt the body using a variety of equipment including body bars, bands, weights, glides and stability balls.

About Michelle Y.:
Michelle has been teaching at the RAC for Women Pittsford location for 5 Years. She currently holds certifications in NETA Indoor Cycling, RAC Body Chisel Training, NETA Body Weight Training, NETA Cycling Anatomy and AFAA FIT Frenzy. She currently teaches cycling, Cycle & Shred, Body Chisel, Arms & Abs, Butts & Guts, and Bootcamp Michelle loves to share fitness and healthy lifestyle choices with people! She really likes encouraging people to meet their fitness goals and teaching them new things. Michelle strives to give each class the attention it deserves to make it fun, challenging, educational, safe and calorie burning! She prepares her music and class plan in advance based on many factors to give the participants a great class!
