A fun non-stop strength class designed to build muscular strength and endurance, burn fat and sculpt the body using a variety of equipment including body bars, bands, weights, glides and stability balls.

Mari has been teaching group fitness classes for over ten years. She is an AFAA/ACE certified instructor licensed to teach Zumba®, Zumba® toning, Zumba® Step and Strong by Zumba®. She also holds certifications on Turbokick, Pilates and Performance Training.
