Class Description:

A fun non-stop strength class designed to build muscular strength and endurance, burn fat and sculpt the body using a variety of equipment including body bars, bands, weights, glides and stability balls.

About Joelle T.:

Joelle is a Group Exercise instructor. She is certified to teach Turbo Kick™ and is in house trained in Body Chisel and R.I.P.T.. Joelle currently teaches Body Chisel at both the Greece and Pittsford RAC locations. Joelle has 20 years of experience as a dance instructor and is the owner of TNT Dance Studio. Joelle incorporates her knowledge of dance, strength, endurance and kick boxing into her classes. She loves motivating others to challenge their strength and fitness!
