A fun non-stop strength class designed to build muscular strength and endurance, burn fat and sculpt the body using a variety of equipment including body bars, bands, weights, glides and stability balls.

About Beth W.:
Beth Ward has been with the RAC since 2001, when she was the Regional Director of Group Fitness at the RAC. She currently teaches Cycling and Body Chisel at the Greece RAC. Beth is a NETA Certified Indoor Cycling Instructor; and have been an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor since 1993. Beth’s classes are educational, inspiring, up lifting and challenging!
