This class blends cardio and resistance training for maximum fat burning and body sculpting results. An intense yet basic workout for all fitness levels, using a variety of equipment including hand weights, body bars, resistance bands, glides and stability balls.

Hi I’m Nancy and I am a personal trainer at the RAC for Women. I am a NETA certified group fitness trainer, personal trainer, kettlebell and yoga certified. I am also STOTT Pilates certified, Mat and Reformer along with being a Schwinn Cycling certified instructor. I am a 12 year Triathlete with over 20 years of experience in health and fitness. My main goal is to educate and motivate clients while helping them work to their full potential!
