Class Description:

This class blends cardio and resistance training for maximum fat burning and body sculpting results.  An intense yet basic workout for all fitness levels, using a variety of equipment including hand weights, body bars, resistance bands, glides and stability balls.

Lorna teaches Total Body Sculpt, Pilates, Yoga and Bootcamps primarily at the Pittsford RAC for Women location. She loves teaching classes because it is very rewarding to see members challenge themselves, reaching for their fitness goals, and having fun in the process!
