This class combines interval training, cardio, core and strength movements! This 30 minute class is formatted into 3 sections of interval training. Each section will include 4 minutes of cardio, 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of more cardio, and 1 minute of core work for a quick and super effective, total body workout that is sure to be one of your favorite classes! Modifications will be shown.

Barefoot Band/Core

This low impact strength class utilizes versa loop bands to tone and strengthen your muscles like never before!  The loop is a versatile tool that can be used to isolate upper and lower body.  We combined that training with segments to target the core and abdominal muscles to get a total body workout!  Suitable for all fitness levels!

Barre Above

This is a fast paced class that offers traditional Ballet Barre movement and technique as well as cardio elements designed to keep your heart pumping and your body burning calories!  It is formatted to create longer leaner muscles AND is designed to challenge all fitness levels!  You do not need any prior dance experience for Barre Above!  Come in and check out our newest format!

Barre Fusion

This is a fast paced class that offers traditional Ballet Barre movement and technique as well as cardio elements designed to keep your heart pumping and your body burning calories!  It is formatted to create longer leaner muscles AND is designed to challenge all fitness levels!  You do not need any prior dance experience for Cardio Barre!  Come in and check out our newest format!

Body Chisel

For all levels. This class uses controlled moves emphasizing perfect form to define the body and build lean muscle mass. You’ll use weights, body bars, resistance bands, katamibars (depending on club), and the resist-a-ball.


An intense and challenging class incorporating cardio drills and strength training with the use of body weight and / or equipment. Sure to be one of your favorites! Check it out; that’s an order!! (For all levels, but not for the faint of heart!)

Cardio Fusion

Formerly known as Body Groove. Burn fat in this CARDIO workout using light weights while incorporating the core to deliver an all around workout! Easy to follow choreography makes this a favorite! This class ends with abdominal work or deep stretching. Sure to be one of your favorites! Suitable for everyone!

Cardio Step

A fun, calorie blasting class incorporating combinations and choreography to create an exciting, non-stop cardio workout!  Appropriate for all fitness levels!

Core Lab

15 Minutes of exercises dedicated to strengthening the muscles through the trunk of the body which assist with balance, posture and many other movements. 

Cycle & Shred

45 minutes of cycling followed by 15 minutes of body sculpting using bands and rings. Great for all levels and the entire body! Bring water bottle and towel to class.


This class is for everybody. Done a stationary bike this class will develop your cardiovascular strength and endurance like no other workout. Your instructor will lead you through different styles of rides with motivational music and class instruction.

Gentle Yoga

A class for those wanting a more gentle approach to the yoga experience. Suitable for anyone!

HIIT Cycle

HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training, is a great way to increase metabolism, blast fat and condition your body!  This cycling class will have you pushing your limits up until every single recovery period!  The integration of digital media to the experience will help keep you focused and invested in this amazing workout!  A must try!

HIIT N’ Hills and Shred

This dynamic cycle will have you dripping in sweat!  Spend the first half of class focused on Cardiovascular Interval Training, which has been proven to increase metabolism and build lean muscle, while your second half of class will be climbing drills meant to push your endurance to the max!  This class also combines the use of light dumbbells for high rep exercises to support muscle endurance. 

L.I.F.T. – Cardio/core

This dynamic, low-impact, "core-centric" cardio workout utilizes your entire body!  You will sweat, squat, lunge, twist, balance and MORE!!  Let our instructors increase your endurance and mobility in just 45 minutes!


A mat class designed to strengthen, tone, and stabilize the muscles of the abs, back, and butt. Muscles are lengthened and strengthened creating long, lean lines; toning the overall body. You are not strong until you are Pilates strong! Suitable for all.

Pilates/Yoga Combo

Pilates and Yoga mixed into one great class. Movements focus on increasing your strength, flexibility, and balance, while focusing on breathing and mindful movement.


A Mind/Body class for people who like to sweat! Using fusion style movements, it incorporates dynamic balance, strength, and functional training, emphasizing the athleticism of Pilates and Yoga.


(Radically Intense Physical Training) this class will make you work harder than you have ever worked before. Our new RAC format contains high intensity intervals of cardio and strength. No complicated choreography but intense moves make this a killer class! Get the results you’ve been wanting. Be prepared to work hard and get R.I.P.T.!!! Participants should have some physical conditioning prior to taking this class!

R.I.P.T. Tabata

A killer workout including body weight work, tabatas, plyometrics and timed drills to build strength and endurance at a rapid rate!  One of our most intense and physically demanding classes!



Step & Shred

A class alternating segments of cardio or step with strength. Do it all in one fun class! Suitable for everyone.

Step 2

Intermediate steppers. A great cardio workout for the body and mind.

Step 3

An intense, step aerobics class with multiple combinations and patterns compiled of creative choreography.. This is an advanced level of step. Previous ‘step’ experience is recommended. Fun for those wanting a more complex challenge.

Stretch & Balance

A flow of gentle stretch and balance exercises that is suitable for every fitness level!

STRONG by Zumba®

STRONG by Zumba combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.

This class blends body-sculpting techniques and specific Zumba® moves into one calorie-burning, strength-training class.
